In this 100% unsponsored video I share with you the purchase of a very special Audi that I bought due to it having been reduced in price significantly over the last few months.

They seem pretty good and customer service is OK but the warranty supplied isn't brilliant (I got 3 months and haven't been supplied the terms and conditions even though I asked (it arrived 4 days later on 27/12). Having said that, a lot of R8 issues are corrosion related and that's specifically excluded on an Audi Approved used car warranty. It's worth noting that a dealer is responsible for a car for up to 6 months by law (regardless of any warranty supplied) and I've never seen a case of the trader winning if it ends up in court (I've personally never tested this as a dealer or normal punter).
I was also promised a new MOT but this didn't happen. The sales person may not have been aware the car had sold in October and was MOTd then but the customer never completed - I found this out via an Auto100 folder left in the boot with the aborted owners receipt in it (this is a very bad GDPR non-compliance issue, even though they said no receipts come with the car due to GDPR...). Ultimately 10 months is fine but being promised stuff by sales people that never materialises is a no no and nobody even bothered to say it's got 10 months MOT so we won't do it again which I'd have been OK with.

One thing they do well is show you every angle of the car in videos and photos - this is not the case with Porsche Approved used cars and is very important considering how many get their front ends painted.
