Gameplay shown is an older clip at Mastery 303 but this has been the loadout I’ve been using to climb and clear Mastery 1000. This is a Joker build for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League that has cleared Mastery 1000 on all Duality Incursion missions.
The strategy of standing still was more of a demonstration for the “Hot-Footed” mutator. You can play either stationary or mobile, just depends on how you want to build and play. Enjoy.
