Sometimes for lunch I have to make pilau rice. Today I used scallops. It is quite quick to prepare and kids like it. Try it out!

Ingredients :
300g Japanese rice
100g scallops (frozen ok)
1/2 onion (90g approx)
1/2 carrot (50g)
1/2 green bell pepper (90g)
a bit of salt and pepper
300ml water

2 cubes of consommé (8g)
12g unsalted butter
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 garlic clove
