20 Minute Muscle: Strong & Sculpted Legs | Lower Body Dumbbell Workout
Workout Structure:
40s work / 20s rest
4 exercises + 1 finisher
2 rounds
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Moderate to heavy dumbbell
Bench or sturdy elevated surface (for step-ups & hip thrusts)
THE WORKOUT:
1. Goblet Squat (Quad Focused)
2. Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift with Balance (Hamstring Focused)
3. Step-Ups
4. Hip Thrusts (2-second squeeze at the top)
🔥 Finisher:
1-Minute Hip Thrust Hold at the Top (glutes fully engaged)
💪 Focus on controlled reps, full range of motion, and intentional muscle engagement. Slow it down and feel every rep.
