As a person who accesses Facebook often from a desktop computer, I find the new layout very annoying which Facebook is trying to force everyone to use for some time now. At the beginning, users could revert back to the old Classic layout for 48 hours, but now that small triangle option is missing and Facebook doesn't allow users to revert back anymore. I got so fed up of the new Facebook layout that I wanted to share information how to revert back and with current status of the solution.

Thanks to Matt Kruse, we now have a web browser extension, that allows us to revert back to the classic view once again. There have been multiple versions already, as Facebook tries to block all the paths to get back the old Classic layout, so there is no guarantee how long this will work in current state. Currently Facebook still allows group administrators to revert back to Classic view for 48 hours, and this current version exploits that feature.
