Описание: Ants on the tree or Lettuce Wrap
Ants on the tree is an appetizer served in Chinese restaurant in Botswana , it’s also called Lattice wrap in other countries , I had the first Ants one the tree in Francistown Botswana , I admire the concept of this dish where the lattice and fried rice sticks act like tree and the grounded meat preparations is like Ants on the tee .
Every time I go to the Chinese restaurant in Francistown Botswana this is my for sure Appetizer . All my friends in Francistown also love this dish .
There are two versions one is Non vegetarian and Vegetarian
I prefer the non vegetarian but for all those who like vegetarian I made a vegetarian version please watch my other video .

Ingredients
Chicken stuffing :
Oil 4 tbsp.
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Green Chilies chopped 1 tsp
Grounded chicken 500 g
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
Sriracha sauce 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp

Deep fry :
Oil for deep fry
Rice stick 1/2 pack

Chilly sauce:
Chopped Green Chillies 2 tsp
Chilly flakes 2 tsp
Soya sauce 3 tsp
Water 4 -6 tsp

Wrapping :
Lettuce 4-5 leaves
