In this playthrough, I’ll be attempting a 100% run of Resident Evil 4.

Since there’s no universally accepted definition of “100%” for a game like Resident Evil, I’ve created my own challenge that covers as many key objectives as possible. Here's what this run will include:

Collect all key items and weapons (Excludes ammo and healing items)

Collect all files

Get all treasure maps and attache Cases

Unlock all post-game rewards: Matilda; Infinite Launcher; P.R.L. 412; ; Special 1 Costume; Separate Ways; The Mercenaries; Assignment: Ada and The Movie Browser

Collect at least one of each treasure type

Max out Leon and Ashley’s health bars

Collect all 24 Bottlecaps

Complete the game without taking any damage

Complete the game in Professionnel Mode

Notes:

The Tactical Vest is not available in Professional mode.

The Handcannon can only be obtained by completing The Mercenaries mini-game and getting 5 stars on all four stages with all five characters.

Some treasures have multiple variations (such as the Pearl Pendant, Beerstein, Butterfly Lamp..). Since it’s impossible to obtain every variation in a single playthrough, I’ll be collecting the most valuable version of each treasure type.

The Chicago Typewriter and Special 2 costume are unlocked in Leon’s scenario after completing Separate Ways.
