Rock Troll, Disney's Frozen Cocktail

Описание: This cocktail brings a whole new twist on the classic Amaretto Stone Sour keeping much the same flavor but with an added element. When designing this Disney's Frozen cocktail I wanted to design it after the Rock Trolls found in the movie. When deciding on what to incorporate in the cocktail, I wanted to keep much of what the one who suggested the cocktail to me enjoys. She gave me two simple ideas, Amaretto and a sour cocktail, so designing a cocktail based off this was fairly simple. I've always been a fan of the original Amaretto Stone Sour and always wanted to try something different keeping the original concept intact. To stay true true to the Rock Troll idea I wanted to incorporate a bit of earthy notes so I chose to use Sobieski Bison Grass Vodka to accomplish this. The idea of "rock" was simply the incorporation of the original cocktail idea. Overall this version brings a lot more herbal notes to the overall experience greatly increasing the flavor notes creating a one of a kind delectable flavor that'll have you coming back for more time and time again.

Recipe:
1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Sobieski Bison Grass Vodka
2 oz. Sour Mix
2 oz. Orange Juice
Dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Preparation: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a lowball glass over ice and serve. Optionally you can a lemon wedge and a cherry for garnish.
