Living With R-CPD - The Inability To Burp | My Story

In todays video I talk about a condition that i've had most of my life which is called R-CPD / Retrograde Cricopharyngeus Dysfunction or known as No Burp.
Everyday is a struggle as I have to deal with extreme bloating and discomfort, weird gurgle noises coming from my throat, painful random hiccups, feeling like I am drowning in my own air and now it's starting to affect my mental health.
Its a condition that isn't well known at all and rarely taken seriously by other people and doctors / health professionals.
Its incredibly frustrating to have to live through this daily.
I've made this video to create awareness of R-CPD, talk about my symptoms and hopefully make other suffers not feel so alone.
