Being a Bailor of an accused is not a simple task as you thought. Bailor has to take responsibility and secure regular attendence of the accused in the trial court. If accused is not attend the court then the bailor has a responsibility that accused must be present in the court proceedings. I have tried little to convince what happen when the accused is not present in the court and what penalty and punishment is provided in the law for the bailor.
