The Sheepbois film explores and reframes an insiders perspective to Welsh culture - its deep history, landscape, farming traditions, courtship and popular culture,
This is a reworked 2025 version which was shown at a performance night in St Ffagan's Folk Museum, Wales in 2006. The starting point of this project was the published comment in the (chwech o’ chips) Western Mail who had farmed out Wales most popular sheepdog painter - Kyffin William’s - who likened my Eisteddfod gold medal winning entry as ‘akin to a sheep winning a cattle completion. So I ran with that idea about sheep and animals and created a montage of audio and visual connections. Enjoy !
