Cheese Shots
Ingredients:
1. Boiled Potatoes - 2 nos
2. Chopped Onion - 2 tbsp
3. Chopped Green Chilli - 1 tsp
4. Salt - as per taste
5. Coarse Black Pepper - 1 tsp
6. Chopped Coriander - 1 tbsp
7. Cheese Cubes - 2 cubes
8. Oil - for frying
Step 1: Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl.
Step 2: Add onions, green chillies, salt, pepper and coriander and mix well.
Step 3: Apply some oil on palm and take the mixture and flatten it.
Step 4: Place a small cheese cube inside the masala and cover the cube to make a ball.
Step 5: Deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown.
Step 6: Serve hot with tomato ketchup and chutney.
