Installing a Wood Burning Stove (Petchka) in a Container House during a snow storm. The Container House is a prefabricated building with a metal lattice structure, some insulation sandwiched between a PVC cladding. It doesn't hold a lot of heat, too Cold in Winter and too Hot during Summer. Timo wanted to move in there from the caravan for more space and wanted to move in asap and hence, we ended up (or he did) installing the Woodburning Stove during minus temperatures, freezing cold winds and snow. Hey Ho Here We Go.

“For a man who is lost, the three greatest dangers in order of importance, are Fear, Cold, and Hunger. He may endure extreme hunger for a week, and extreme cold for a day, but extreme fear may undo him in an hour. There is no way of guarding against this greatest danger except by assuring him that he is fortified against the other two.” Ernest Thompson Seton.
