We recently conducted an interactive awareness session with members of religious minority communities, highlighting the harmful effects of tobacco and practical steps toward a healthier life.
Through guided meditation, creative activities, and simple breath-holding exercises, participants reflected deeply on the impact of tobacco on their health. We also explored the role of nutrition in supporting recovery and resilience.
The most inspiring moment was witnessing participants commit to a tobacco-free future — taking meaningful steps toward better health and empowerment.
