Commanding Officer at the U.S. Coast Guard, Charlie Wilson, joins NewsNation as a desperate search is underway in Texas after one of the deadliest floods in a century. At least 104 people are confirmed dead and dozens more remain missing following catastrophic flash floods in Central Texas. Among the victims: 27 campers and counselors from Camp Mystic, an all-girls Christian camp along the Guadalupe River. Ten other young campers are still unaccounted for.
