We are Kit no. 4 composed of Fransthel T. Austria, Kaithleen A. Plata, and Jair Sacdalan. As a team, we worked together throughout the Robotics subject, learning and growing with every activity.
Our robotics journey began with designing a simple yet meaningful project—an earthquake detection system using Arduino UNO and a tilt sensor. We carefully assembled the components, including LEDs, a buzzer, and a breadboard, to create an alert system that shows different intensity levels through yellow, orange, and red lights(through a page called Tinkercad). Throughout the process, we learned how to classify vibration strength, code sensor responses, and make the system more reliable. This project helped us better understand how technology can be applied in real-life situations for safety and awareness.
