Is martial arts only for the young? Absolutely not. In this video, I explain what I really mean when I say “age is just a number” in martial arts training.
I started training at 19 and I’m still training at 51. You may not move the same way you did in your 20s — but your ability to train is determined more by your fitness, strength, flexibility, balance, and consistency than by your age.
Too many people stop training and blame aging, when the real issue is inactivity. The truth is, martial arts can be adapted to any age, any ability level, and any starting point.
You are not too old. You just need to start smart and stay consistent.
Train today — because we’ll never be younger than we are right now.
