We offer - Private Digital Detox and Creative Residence - all year round, at least 2 days or more.

And we offer - Digital Detox Group Camp - a few times per year, The Digital Detox Group Camp of four days needs a full group of six participants. These Camps are arranged a few times a year. If at times there is not enough people booked the Camp may be cancelled.

We stay very scenic location without digital technology. Instead we focus on experiencing life, socializing, discussing and reflecting. We are experiencing the season, silence and tranquility in the countryside.

We let go of all digital technique, we are ourselves meeting each other through dialogue and reflection without a demands of achievement.

We look each other in the eye while talking. We share without titles. We do not talk about our work or business network.

Instead we are out in nature and depending on the time of year we do different activities together and sometimes by ourselves.

During summer time we walk, talk, grill sausages over our campfires, bath, and swim, play games and paddle kayak in the fantastic summer light.

In the winter we walk with snow-shoes, make snow-angles, and gaze at the stars and sometimes at the northern light. We cook healthy food together.

Every day there are possibilities to practice mindfulness, meditation, walk and talk and make reflective walks.

Maybe you remember the summer camps from your childhood? This is a camp for grown-ups and gives you the possibility of a few days of reflection, relaxation and unleashing of your playfulness.

Your stay at Villa Insight gives you the possibility to find balance in your life both “off line” and “on line”.

We trust you will come away with fond memories and an experience of friendship and recuperation.

The advantages of Digital Detox cannot be ignored. Studies have shown that those who consciously choose to regularly log off from the net will after a time become less stressed, sleep better, enjoy better relations with others and have more fun.

This applies in the digital detox.

No cell phones, no digital cameras, no ipads or computers are allowed in the camp under the detox days. (You can store your digital stuff safe with us) No alcohol or drugs are permitted.

We cook and eat together.

Smoking is not allowed indoors

No children, age from 20 years upwards.

Bringing in the pack: Comfortable clothes Suitable for outdoor activities, rainwear, swimwear, warm clothing in the winter, fall and spring. Notebook and pen.

Language: Swedish / English

No previous experience is required, just curiosity, courage and a willingness to be herself and to rediscover the joy of life outside the digital world.

Package price for our 4-day Digital Detox Group Camp (see set dates during the year): including all activities, all meals and accommodation in double room with twin beds is 7890SEK per person. Single rooms are not available during Digital Detox Group Camp times.

Available any time of year: 2-day Private Digital Detox including activities, all meals and accommodation in double room with twin beds at 3950 SEK per person. A supplement of 300 SEK/night if staying in singles accommodation.
