Mical R. was initially diagnosed with stage one prostate cancer at 37, which he learned after prostatectomy was an aggressive stage 2. He had no symptoms and he wouldn’t have found out at an early stage had he not gotten a PSA test, while he was getting his regular blood work tested. In this story, he shares how he now uses his voice and story to advocate for prostate cancer awareness, especially in the black community.
