🌿 Ingredients:
Moong dal (yellow) – ½ cup
Masoor dal – ½ cup
Pani – 3 cups
Haldi – ½ tsp
Namak – to taste
Tarka ke liye:
Oil ya ghee – 2 tbsp
Pyaz – 1 small (barik kata)
Lehsan – 3–4 cloves (chopped)
Zeera – ½ tsp
Lal mirch powder – ½ tsp
Hara dhania – thora sa (optional)
🍲 Method:
Dono dals achi tarah dho kar pressure cooker mein daal dein.
Pani, haldi aur namak add karke 2–3 seeti laga lein.
Ab pan mein oil/ghee garam karein, zeera dalain.
Pyaz aur lehsan daal kar halki golden hone tak bhunein.
Lal mirch powder add kar ke ye tarka dal par daal dein.
Achi tarah mix karein, upar se hara dhania.
Chawal
Ingredients:
Basmati chawal – 1 cup
Pani – 2 cups
Zeera (cumin) – 1 tsp
Oil ya ghee – 1 tbsp
Namak – to taste
Tez patta – 1 (optional)
🍳 Method:
Chawal ko 20–30 minutes bhigo kar dho lein.
Pan ya cooker mein oil/ghee garam karein.
Zeera dal kar halki si khushboo aane dein.
(Optional) tez patta add karein.
Chawal daal kar 1 minute halka sa mix karein.
Pani aur namak add karein.
Pan: dhak kar halki aanch par pani sookhne tak pakayein.
Cooker: 1 seeti laga kar dum par rakh dein.
Jab pak jayein, fork se halka sa fluff kar lein.
