The Adaptive Robotics Lab of the Fontys University has a high ‘Q’ factor (think ‘007’). There are groups of students working on robot projects, systems are humming, robots move around, and one of them even managed to escape to the corridor: “That is what you get when you program them to move autonomously!!”.
