You want veggies? I give you veggies on the grill. It’s a very merry Grill time!
**For all the recipes below, preheat your grill to 400 degrees.
Cauliflower Steaks:
-Wash cauliflower head
-Cut ½ inch thick
-Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and spice mix on both sides
-Grill for 15 minutes on both sides
Baby Bok Choy:
-Cut in fourths and place in mixing bowl
-Add salt, pepper and mix together
-Cook 6 to 8 minutes
Asparagus:
-Trim off end
-In mixing bowl drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper and mix together
-Cook 6 to 8 minutes
Heirloom Carrots:
-Trim off both ends
-In mixing bowl drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper and mix together
-Cook 6 to 8 minutes
Maitake Mushrooms:
-In mixing bowl drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper and mix together
-Cook 6 to 8 minutes
