This is the Hay Day game, which can be got through iTunes. It can be played on both iOS and Android devices.
This video shows the fishing area during the Halloween theme. During this period, the floating gift icon will change to that of a Ghost. This ghost will start at the left of the lake and will slowly make its way to the right. If you see it before it reaches the end of the lake then you can touch it and receive a gift.
As you can see in this event, I got the free coffin with the chicken inside. Moreover, if you pause the video you will see the chicken that was under the costume.
Note that during any themed period gift can be got this way from the fishing area.
