Sometimes, the world of protein powders can make you feel a bit confused and lost. And let's not lie, they can be pretty pricey and do you want to pay £40+ on a new flavour or brand and not like it?

This has frequently happened to me and ive always looked around for a review or something that could just help me a little bit. So i decided to create this video that it may help a few of you in choosing some Protein Powder.

Obviously everyones taste is different, so my opinion may be completely different to you, but it may be helpful in some way. Maybe. Who knows.
