This problem is just similar to Edit Distance, Minimum Deletion problems whose links are provided above.

Trust me, this will no longer be a Medium Problem. I will explain the intuition so easily that you will never forget and start seeing this as cakewalk EASYYY.

Video Summary :
The intuition for solving this problem lies in identifying repeating subproblems and exploring all possibilities (10:58). If characters at the current indices are not equal, you have two options: delete the character from the first string or delete the character from the second string (11:26). If the characters are equal, you don't need to delete anything and can simply move to the next characters (11:22). This recursive approach with overlapping subproblems makes it a clear dynamic programming problem (11:02-11:10).
