Over the past two months, many people in the community have had their say on to potential new uses within the precinct that benefit the community, city centre activity and the precinct’s key neighbours: the Fremantle Prison, Fremantle Hospital and Fremantle Markets.
The redevelopment of the oval and its sporting facilities also has the potential to unlock many new possibilities for the teams that compete there, none more so than the South Fremantle Football Club’s women’s team and the Fremantle Dockers AFLW team.
