One of the most difficult parts about making beats for me has always been figuring out what chords to play. This is especially frustrating if you aren't as well versed in music theory as you might like and can often times leave you discouraged. In this video, I go over one of my new favorite tools, Scaler, which is designed to help music producers with scales, chords and chord progressions. Throughout the video, I walk through the VST and demo all of its features as well as show how to easily figure out chord progressions when making music using Scaler.
