After having a pretty stressful week, I decided to go spend the night at the Heights House Hotel in Raleigh, NC - a place that I've been wanting to visit ever since they opened last year. The goal for this staycation was three-fold:

1. To show you this amazing hotel which is only a 25 minute drive from my house AND was recently noted at one of the best hotels in the world by Travel & Leisure Magazine

2. To help prioritize my mental health and self care

3. To encourage you to book a staycation in your own town because you don't have to wait until you're on vacation to stay at an amazing hotel - you can do so right in your own "backyard"
