Описание: It's a messy world. Constantine kicked of making a 'united' doctrine for Christians by ordering the Council of Nicea, which led to the Ecumenical councils (See my shorts playlist where I explain the big 7).

BUT the point here is. DIFFERENT BELIEFS EXIST. Welcome to the planet earth. Not everyone agrees. And they aren't going to agree with you, or your views, and that's OK. That's why it's good to research different thoughts and angles when it comes to Belief. Cuz, there's always more to learn.

Yes, all doctrine. From if Jesus was divine, to the fact that there is a trinity was decided by debate and vote. You can see why these topics were pretty pressing as they still inform the church today. I will be doing a series covering the first 7 Ecunemical council's and what they went over so subscribe to check that out! (I didn't want to cover all 21 because A) I've never been Catholic, and B) in my opinion they get a little boring just fighting over saint depictions etc).

Always the Roman government coming in with it's councils and decree's. Before, there were so many differing beliefs and interpretations. And some of them honestly...make a lot of sense. No wonder the Catholic Church was threatened.

I ask that you debate kindly. Especially if you consider yourself a Christian. Really really be open to researching this topic.
