Slowly getting back to full power.
This is Training Vlog Episode 7, and while I’m still a little sick, my power output is starting to come back. This session was about testing where I’m at, pushing intensity carefully, and seeing how my body responds as I recover.
In this workout, you’ll see:
• My usual warm-up routine
• Power clean max out as explosiveness returns
• Deep back squat triples at heavy weight
• Accessory work to support strength and recovery
Even though I’m not 100% yet, this session felt like a step in the right direction. Instead of rushing the process, I focused on quality reps, listening to my body, and building momentum back up.
This series documents my journey training to jump higher for volleyball, showing the full picture — from sick days and adjusted sessions to gradually returning to heavier, more explosive training.
Progress isn’t always linear, but it adds up when you stay consistent.
