Washington D.C., United States of America.
Men on the National Hunger March walk - with a police escort - through Washington. Crowds watch them from the sidewalks, The Capitol building is visible in the background. A band leads the marchers on their way.
Closer shots of some of the marchers. Some carry banners - among them are some which reads: "We demand Stop discrimination against Negro and foreign born workers in Relief Distribution", and "We are demanding Shelter for the homeless."
More shots of the march - crowds are watching them as they pass. Other banners read: "$50 winter relief for Unemployed", "We represent the Starving Masses of New York State".
