Sheriff Charged With Murder Wants Judge Kicked Off Case

But now, Stines is questioning whether Judge Christopher Cohron can be impartial after his defense team discovered a video of Cohron and Mullins sitting near each other seven days before Mullins was killed. Stines' defense team is asking Cohron to recuse himself.
