That’s my latest creation: a concept project about an Eco-friendly Concrete House with Green Roof, surrounded by Nature.
This is a fantastic 3 bedroom house with 2 bathroom, 2-car garage, and porch with pool.
A Modern Dream House with smart Layout and Minimalistist style, where the inside constantly dialogue with the outside and perfectly fits in it.
The interiors and outdoor spaces are designed to be functional, with a simple but refined aesthetic.
The peculiarity is that part of the items and service spaces are integrated into the walls and hidden by movable panels.
Inside and Outside you will find everything you need: Open plan kitchen and living room with fireplace,
Pantry and Laundry, 1 master bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, All around porch, backyard with pool and dining-bar area, 2- car Garage with technical spaces.
Usable area: 106 sqm (1140 sq ft)
