In this video, I remake one of my favourite recipes from my blog, the Almond Butter Mousse and Blueberry Jelly Cake! It's vegan, almost raw, gluten free, refined sugar free and soy free. The base is cinnamony almond and is topped with an almond butter mousse embedded with fresh blueberries and topped with a blueberry jelly.
Sorry, some of the video is a bit blurry because I'm still learning how to film!
