Cues:
Use a box/bench that allows your feet to hover slight when knees are bent in a 90 degree angle
Leaning back slightly, grab the edge of the box
Keep core engaged and hold this position throughout the entire movement
Raise knees so you are in at least a 90 degree angle at the start position
Squeezing a dumbbell in between feet, extend dumbbell out so legs are straight
Contract quads and squeeze
GO LIGHTER THAN YOU THINK HERE
