Please Call Me inventor Nkosana Makate's battle with Vodacom has been referred back to the Supreme Court of Appeal.
The Constitutional Court delivered a long awaited judgement, granting Vodacom leave to appeal the Supreme Court judgement.
In his last judgment before hanging up his robes, Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga upheld Vodacom's appeal against the Supreme Court of Appeal's ruling that Makate should receive a payout of over R40 billion.
