Описание: In this problem (An Extension of [DH-7] a block is pulled along a table by another mass hanging over a pulley. This time around the friction between the table and the first block is considered. The minimum mass 2 which will cause the first mass to move is expressed in terms of m1 and the static coefficient of friction. The acceleration of the block (once in motion) is expressed in terms of g, the static coefficient of friction, and the kinetic coefficient of friciton. Finally m2, a, and the Tension in the rope are calculated for a static COF = 0.5, Kinetic COF = 0.3, and M1 = 10 kg.
