Mercedes E320 M104 engine ticking - timing chain? valve lifter?

Video of my 1994 E320 (130K miles) idling. It suddenly developed this strange rhythmic clacking noise. OI do not drive this car hard; it is my daily driver and grocery getter and sees regular oil changes.
Any ideas what this could be? It seems too slow to be a lifter or rod knock. Something connected to the serpentine belt? It has a brand new serpentine belt, tensioner, tensioner pulley, tensioner shock, and a couple new idler pulleys.
The sound is slightly more pronounced when cold leading me to guess it could be a weak timing chain tensioner.
Anyone ever heard this sound before from their M104?
