Summary of how the fuse box block goes together and what you're looking for to find the broken power wire if you're having the powertrain relay / ignition switch code P1682 failure problem that most of them have. I only know this is the same for 2007 V8 models, but it may apply to other years and models. I believe Rainier and Envoy are the same, don't know about Isuzu and Saab.
Honestly once you know the fuse box is the problem, I'd recommend just sending the whole thing to Mike TB2015 from tbssowners.com. You ship it both ways on your dime, and for $20 he repairs it better than new. He reroutes that broken lead so that it won't break again in the future. If you decide to go the new route, the original part number for the block is 15250135 but it has been superseded by 25790682. I found a great price on one with free shipping on Amazon from a reputable seller here:
