SOT Lukashenko NATSOT IN RUSSIAN +I have not broken the agreement. I have not called back the decrees that I had promised to abolish according to the agreement. They (decrees) were abolished. In the situation that we have here after the agreement between the two branches of power was undermined, I underlined the procedure and the character of questions for the referendum. The heads of all states work together with the parliaments and with deputies. It goes without saying.

+We showed who is guilty for breaking up the agreement.
