Chef Ben Shewry is the owner of Attica Restaurant in Melbourne and the new Ambassador for the GoodFish Project.
Ben wants other chefs to join him in choosing sustainable seafood in their restaurants and be a part of the solution for the future of our oceans.
The GoodFish restaurant program works with chefs to remove seafood listed as Red on Australia’s Sustainable Seafood Guide - an independent, science-backed traffic light system for rating the sustainability of seafood and produced by the Australian Marine Conservation Society.
