This is the eighth mission of the brand new Call of Duty WWII. I'm glad to see Call of Duty going back to the roots of where it all started and making this a truly action packed and unforgettable game. This New Call of Duty game brings me back to World at War, as that was a legendary game part of the series. Call of Duty World War 2 is basically World at War 2. Call of Duty completely hit the nail on the head with this new title. The Campaign is fantastic and jam-packed with action and allows the player to battle in famous locations. Also, playing Call of Duty Online or Multiplayer has never been better. The maps and old throwback weapons bring back the good old days, and create a new challenge within the game.

The first primary objective to start the mission off is to Capture the Hill. Follow Turner, this is a heavy combat area so take maximum amounts of cover. Keep killing down enemy soldiers in the tree line, allowing your platoon to advance. Follow the rocks and keep moving ahead, you have to eliminate the MG's.

The second phase of the fight, includes you to Escort the Engineer to the bunker so he can place a pole mine. If he is killed in action, carry the mines to the bunker and place them on the side. Run back and take cover to avoid being killed/injured.

Next, you and your platoon will advance and need to Destroy the Artillery. Clear out the trenches flooded with enemies. Stay back and pick them off, try not to rush in. As they have an overwhelming amount of soldiers. Locate the guns within the various trenches and follow the required instructions, then proceed to the next.

Finally, you will need to Disable the tank. More soldiers will begin to come in the trenches. You will need to quietly throw Thermite down into the tank to disable it. Take cover and be aware of approaching soldiers from every direction. Now, place one more charge of Thermite in the tank and it should eventually come to a halt.

Use Turner's gun to protect him and drag him to safety. You will then see a cut-scene of enemy soldiers advancing and eventually ending Turner's life.

This will conclude the "Hill 493" Mission with a very emotional and tragic ending. Turner was a remarkable soldier and will always be remembered. However, now Pierson will take over and fill in for Turner's spot.
