Uneven chest is one of the hardest postural asymmetries to address.
The reason for this is that people don't understand the root cause. And that root cause is postural asymmetry rather than differences in muscle development.
This mistake leads people to try to train the different sides of their chest with different volumes. But of course, the appearance doesn't change.
To get changes, we must address the shape and position of the rib cage.
What complicates this further is that underlying asymmetries can be generated in the context of different patterns. There is a commonality in the chest compression that causes uneven chest. But how this compression happens can be different depending on the individual.
