MV Cerdan forces Turpin against ropes with wild swing. SV Crowd. SV Both boxers swapping punches. SV Cerdan punches Turpin on ropes they swap punches. CU Cigar smoking man.



MV Turpin leading with left, Cerdan counters with right hook & Turpin back peddles on ropes. Cerdan swings right & Turpin retaliates, with right uppercut. Infighting against ropes. SV Cerdan punishes Turpin with two-handed body blows against ropes. MV Cerdan still pummelling Turpin, they break for end of round and go to corners.



MV Referee totting up points. CU Billy Wells looking on. CU Jimmy Wilde.



MV Start of 7th round. Turpin leads with two lefts, Cerdan swings right, Cerdan misses with left hook. SV Turpin misses with right uppercut & Cerdan retaliates with a right overarm, & they clinch against ropes. SV Crowd. SV Furious in-fighting, across ring. MV Cerdan pushes and they both miss with rights. Turpin backs into corner. Cerdan left, right, left and Turpin sinks into heap. Cerdan walks round ring as referee counts Turpin out. He is knocked out.



Referee raises Cerdan's arm as Turpin's seconds carry him unconscious to corner. SV Crowd. CU Cerdan embracing Turpin. MV Two boxers surrounded by pressmen as other pressmen clamber into ring. CU Cerdan and Turpin.
