It's being called the worst catastrophic food crisis in a decade. More than 350,000 people in Ethiopia's Tigray region are suffering under famine conditions, and millions more remain at risk. It's a bleak picture painted by United Nations agencies and other aid groups, who've blamed the crisis on an ongoing conflict between government troops and Tigrayan rebels. Manny Tsigas reports.
