Quesadilla is a mexican dish consisting of a tortilla that is filled primarily with cheese, and sometimes meats, spices, and other fillings, then cooked on a griddle or stove
Traditionally, a corn tortilla is used, but it can also be made with a flour tortilla.
Ingredients :-
1/2 leg of lamb mince
(seasoned to your taste)
Grated cheese
Large tortilla wraps
Method of preparing :-
Heat a large frying pan or saucepan with a flat surface
Get your tortilla and spread the mince mixture evenly
Place meat side down onto the frying pan and cover
Cook for around 7-12 mins on low heat
After 10 mins flip over and sprinkle some grated cheese, let it melt with lid on for a further 5 mins
Lift lid and fold over transfer to your serving dish
Serve & enjoy with your choice of sauces & dips
