🥣 Ingredients (for a small loaf – about 100 g pumpkin purée):
• 100 g (about ½ cup) pumpkin purée
• 80 g (⅔ cup) all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¾ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• Pinch of ginger
• Pinch of cloves
• 40 g (3 tbsp) brown sugar
• 40 g (3 tbsp) white sugar
• 1 egg
• 50 ml (3 ½ tbsp) oil
• 1 tbsp milk
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Pumpkin seeds (optional, for topping)

🔥 Bake:
At 175 °C (350 °F) for 35–40 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
