Child Predator arrested on Probation Violation

On May 30, 2024, Matthew Scott Storer, 37 years of age, was charged with multiple felonies relating to sexual conduct with multiple minors. These offenses dated as far back as 2018 and most recent as 2023. He was originally given a $350,000 bond or 10%. His lawyers filed a motion to modify bond on July 10, it was denied. On July 24th, he posted a 10% bond, $35,000 for the felony charges. He also posted a 10%, $2,500, for the OVI probation violation. The probation department filed a probation violation with the court. The court found cause and issued a warrant for Matthew to appear.

Matthew was arrested on a probation violation stemming from an OVI that occured in 2019. He had probation set through December 19, 2024. He was sentenced to 360 days, of which he has 102 days credited for time served. His release date is scheduled for April 20, 2025. This is highly unlikely as he has plead guilty to his previously mentioned felonies
