Hey guys! Still getting my way around YouTube but we are getting there. I forgot to record the Monday and Tuesday so I started from Wednesday (oops) but here we are!
What is new this week?
In terms of training we are in a de-load week which means its more about the reps and not about lifting heavy. Its about the intensity we are building via the tempo and resistance so the body reacts differently
I did my Body Composition Analysis after nearly 4 weeks! and I tell you the progress I saw!

an insight into our training. Our workout is now 2 days of Legs in evenings, 1 upper body day, 1 abs and massage day, 1 active rest day, 1 group activities and recovery day, 1 cardio intensive way

We are 4 weeks down - 20 more weeks to go :)
