Jaime Reyes is a teenage superhero hailing from El Paso, Texas, and his life suddenly changed when he found himself caught in the crossfire of a mythical gang war, and in this battle, he discovered the ancient alien artifact known as the Reach Scarab The alien technology fused with Jaime's spine and granted him a powerful suit of armor, known as the Blue Beetle. Through a powerful Mind Link with the Scarab, Jaime can call forth the suit of armor at will As the Blue Beetle Jaime has a plethora of abilities including superhuman strength, flight,technomorphy, energy projection, Mechanokinesis and more, essentially the boy is OP but there is one thing, that scarab on his back is psychotic, and at times it takes control of the wheel and when it does things can turn bad because the scarab is much more vicious than Jaime and one time the scarab even tried to kill Jaime's best friend just for finding out Jaime was the Blue Beetle.
